Classes each Monday and Thursday 6:30pm-8:00pm. There is room for everyone from 6 to 600 regardless of how old you feel.

Here's some of the programs available: Walking every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30am-noon, Martial Arts for all ages Mondays and Thursday at 6:30pm, Seasonal sports; Co-ed Adult Volleyball, K5-8th graders UPWARD Soccer, Men's and Children's UPWARD Basketball, and Adult Men's Softball.
Workout equipment is also available.
