Cody is a local 18 year old boy, a graduate of

West Nassau High School. He has venous malformations,

a vascular disease that requires numerous blood

transfusions. Within the past 2 months he has had

56 blood products. Although he is presently home here in Jacksonville, he is being treated by Boston Children’s Hospital. Cody needs your help, your blood,

please give.
